Payments via our secure online transaction facility is the quickest and easiest method for completing your purchase. Use our secure Online payment facilities for immediate order processing and the shortest handling and shipping time possible.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We accept payment by Visa, American Express & MasterCard.
A tax invoice/receipt will be issued by email when your order has been processed successfully.

Return & Refund Policy
All returns for refund must be approved by The Fishermans Paradise Adelaide prior to returning goods. To seek approval to return of goods please email us at fishing@thefishermansparadise.com.au. Returns for refund will only be accepted within 7 days of delivery of goods. Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging. Unless we have made an error in shipping incorrect goods to the customer, all shipping and handling cost are not refundable and returns will be at full cost to the customer and must be shipped fully insured. This return for refund policy is applicable for change of mind, and lack of expertise for use of product. Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to The Fishermans Paradise Adelaide within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. If item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the originaly ordered item(s)

Delivery & Shipping
Delivery to Australian capital cities and surrounding suburbs is within 3 to 5 working days. Please allow up to ten days for other areas (including Tasmania & Northern Territory). We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries including all Australian street or post office box addresses. In circumstances where no-one is present to receive the delivery, and there are no special delivery instructions, Australia Post will notify you via a card in your letter/post box, directing you to collect your purchase from the local post office. Shorter delivery period can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact us to discuss your delivery requirements once you have completed your order.

Freight & Handling Charges 

The Fishermans Paradise Adelaide use Australia Post for all national postage and Australia Post Airmail for International Orders. Fishermans Paradise deem to fit items to the most economical package for the goods purchased.
